Salary Range: PKR 45,000 – 55,000 (based on experience)

W*e are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR)* with proven experience in the textile, fashion brand, or e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely deliveries, returns, and exchanges.
• Communicate with customers via phone, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other channels.
• Manage inbound customer queries and issues related to returns, exchanges, or order tracking.
• Monitor and respond to customer threads, DMs, and chats in a timely manner.
