Unit Summary
Customer Support Services provides a variety of diverse services to clients in both the clinical and non-clinical areas of Hamilton Health Sciences as well as to external clients. Services provided include Portering, Linen, Clinical and Core Housekeeping and Waste Management.
Position Summary
The CSS Leader will work collaboratively as a member of a site team to plan, organize, coordinate, control and evaluate the daily activities of Customer Services under the supervision of the Site Manager. The Leader will be accountable to direct and manage staff to ensure the provision of services meets customer needs and complies to all legislated and best practice standards.
Schedule Work Hoursdays, evenings (7 day rotation)
This position is temporary until October 2027.
