CSSD Technician / Team Lead

Position We seek a dedicated and detail-oriented CSSD Technician to join our team at the Asian Heart Institute in Mumbai.

You will ensure the sterility and quality assurance of surgical instruments and other medical supplies, prepare packs for surgeries and procedures, and maintain sterility in all processes.

This role is crucial to the overall performance of the department and the safety of our patients.

Key Responsibilities Reprocessing of Surgical Instruments and Drapes Receive instruments, linen, and dressing material in good condition and quantity.

Wash instruments as per protocol.

Prepare and sterilize packs for surgeries and procedures.

Issue sterile packs to the user department against requisition.

Quality Control Management Check physical, chemical, and biological indicators before issuing sterile packs.

Run diagnostic cycles as recommended by the manufacturer.
