CT Technologist

Our client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a CT Technologist for their Rockford, IL location. Responsibilities:

+ Performs computed tomography procedures and related techniques.

+ Administers x-radiation to produce diagnostic images for physician interpretation.

+ Performs diagnostic CT procedures.

+ If assigned radiographer job duties, also performs radiographic, fluoroscopic, surgical and portable radiographic exams.

+ Corroborates patient's clinical history with procedure, ensuring information is documented and available for use by the radiologist.

+ Prepares the patient for procedures, providing instructions to obtain desired results, gain cooperation, and minimize anxiety.

+ Selects and operates imaging equipment, image capture devices, and accessories to successfully perform procedures.
