CTA Facilitator

Permanent full-time position, can be based at any Sureway site within the Central West region (including Orange, Bathurst, and more).

Are you an experienced trainer, a careers counsellor orhave worked within Employment Services? We have the job for you!

We are looking for a motivated and engaging Facilitator
to join our team. You will be working in the Career Transition
Assistance program (CTA), assisting people who are 45 and over to build
confidence and develop skills, supporting them back into work and guiding them
through the process of taking on new career. You will deliver training, advice
and ultimately help them become more competitive in the local employment
market. Regular travel is required to deliver sessions across the Central West, including short overnight stays.
