                    A leading biotech company in Switzerland is seeking a Technical Director / CTO to lead their regenerative medicine program. In this role, you will be responsible for building and operationalizing an R&D lab, driving the development of 3D expansion processes, and overseeing the CMC strategy for manufacturing. Strong hands-on experience in cell therapy and a proven track record in biotech leadership are essential. This full-time position is on-site in Lausanne.
