Job Description
We're looking for a CTO for a new startup that is geared towards talent analytics. This individual will have a strong technical skill set in application development, and the right mind set to be able to work in a dynamic startup environment.
We use open source technologies and our intent is to build out a fully baked mobile capability over the next several months. This product will house a number of algorithms and sophisticated analytics, so relevant experience in this space (academic or professional) would be preferred. We're currently running a closed beta, which makes it the perfect time to join in and influence what the product will look and feel like
In the short run, this individual will be responsible for working with vendor partners to shape initial versions of this product. Over time, this individual will be responsible for building out a team of in-house IT experts for product creation and delivery.
