Culinary and Pastry Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist chefs in daily food preparation for both culinary and pastry sections
• Support basic cooking, baking, and dessert preparation tasks
• Prepare ingredients including weighing, measuring, washing, and cutting
• Assist in plating and presentation of dishes and desserts
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of kitchen, pastry areas, and equipment
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
• Assist with stock handling and basic inventory checks
• Support kitchen and pastry operations during service hours as required

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking, or Hospitality-related fields
• Strong interest in both culinary and pastry arts
• Willingness to learn and able to follow instructions well
• Able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
