Culinary Arts Intern

My name is Jeremy Rosario, and I am a Reading High senior in the Culinary Arts program at Reading Muhlenberg CTC. I chose culinary arts because being in the kitchen has always felt natural to me. I love being creative with food and seeing how it can bring people together. Watching someone enjoy a meal I helped make is what motivates me to continue this path. Being in the culinary program has helped me grow as both a cook and a person.

I learned important skills like food safety, staying organized, and paying attention to the little details that make a dish better. Working with my classmates and teachers showed me how important teamwork, communication, and patience are in the kitchen. I was fortunate to have two great instructors to work under at RMCTC. Chef O’Connell and Chef Potteiger have helped to motivate me to work hard and follow my dreams.
