What you'll be doing: Assisting in daily baking and pastry production Supporting bakers and kitchen staff in preparing breads, pastries, and desserts Learning proper baking techniques, measurements, and recipe execution Practicing proper food handling, sanitation, and safety standards Helping with ingredient preparation, mixing, baking, decorating, and plating Maintaining cleanliness and organization of baking and kitchen work areas
