                    JOB DESCRIPTION Culinary Operations Associate (6 month contract)

As the Culinary Operations Associate, you will act as the crucial link between our culinary vision and operational execution. We are looking for a detail-oriented foodie to manage and coordinate key culinary operational processes across our business. If you are agile, process-driven, and have experience working in a food-related or FMCG environment, this role offers the perfect recipe for your career growth.

This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney on a hybrid working arrangement, and reports directly to Culinary Operations Manager 

You will...
Work closely with Procurement, Menu Planning, CX, Editorial, and Culinary squads to identify and coordinate suitable ingredient substitutions for recipes when replacements are required.

Review and approve planned menus on behalf of the Culinary team, focusing on expected performance and ingredient availability.
