Job Overview We are seeking an experienced pastry chef to lead our kitchen's pastry department. 
Produce high-quality desserts, cakes, and pastries that meet or exceed customer expectations. 
Oversight of daily operations in the pastry kitchen, ensuring efficiency and productivity while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. 

Responsibilities 

Maintain a thorough knowledge of current culinary trends, ingredients, and presentation techniques to stay ahead of competitors. 

Food Safety Standards Protocol (FSFP).
