Position: Bilingual Spanish–English Subject-Matter Expert
Type: Contract
Compensation: $30–$90/hour

Role Responsibilities
Review Spanish and English content for accuracy, fluency, and cultural appropriateness.
Identify and correct cultural, contextual, or subject-matter inaccuracies.
Create and refine prompts, example responses, and evaluation rubrics within your domain.
Provide structured written feedback with clear rationale and concrete examples.
Develop domain-specific scenarios and edge cases grounded in Spanish-speaking cultural contexts.
Work independently and asynchronously to improve AI model performance.
