Brightside Recruitment is partnering with a specialist family violence organisation based in Melbourne. This organisation is dedicated to providing advocacy and support for the empowerment of women, children, young people, and the wider community.

Role

This role involves facilitating the implementation and delivery of therapeutic, cultural, and social and emotional Wellbeing programs and services for Aboriginal women and trans and gender diverse individuals.
You will be working as part of a dedicated team to provide support and guidance to clients with a range of needs. You will also;

Provide women with information about their rights and responsibilities as a client as well as undertake risk assessments, safety planning and implement risk management strategies.
