Culture and Experience Specialist

Culture and Engagement: Support the leaders of the People Team, the Global Culture, Communication and Experience Team, and the site People Team Manager, and partner with the People Partners to define, build and grow the company culture.

Build strong internal networks and drive change management, communication and leadership of C&E initiatives.

Assist and facilitate internal engagement/pulse survey implementation, along with action planning and goal setting, ensuring the leadership team has access to insights that inform positive change.

Help implement various strategies to boost employee retention and productivity across all company levels.

Diversity and Inclusion: Assist and facilitate the development, implementation, and assessment of strategies and programs to attract, retain and promote a diverse workforce for the organization.
