Key Responsibilities:
Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding/offboarding, contracts, role transitions, and employee records.
HR Policies & Compliance: Develop policies, ensure legal and internal compliance, manage audits, and handle governance issues.
Performance Management & AI: Lead review cycles, implement AI-enabled performance systems, define KPIs, and provide data-driven insights.
Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salary reviews, promotions, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
