About the role

This role exists to strengthen Meridian’s culture and capability by lifting leadership capability and helping create the conditions for people and teams to thrive and do their best work. Working across leaders, teams, and the People function, it also supports the meaningful, practical, and sustainable integration of Te Ao Māori and helps Meridian grow as a Te Tiriti o Waitangi‑honouring organisation. It connects how we lead and grow capability with who we are as an organisation in Aotearoa.

What you’ll be doing

• Partnering with leaders and teams to strengthen culture, leadership, and capability across Meridian
• Designing and delivering practical initiatives (e.g. workshops, coaching, programmes) that lift team and organisational capability
