Culture Program Manager

BluePearl is hiring a Culture Program Manager!

This role must be located within 50 miles of one of our hub locations: Tampa, FL; Vancouver, WA; Los Angeles, CA; Manhattan, NY;

In this role, you will creates coordinate and execute culture programs, initiatives and projects driven by Mars and Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) across BluePearl. Travel up to 20% of the time.

As a Culture Program Manager you will:

+ This position leads the efforts in building and sustaining a thriving, inclusive, and high performing culture across the organization.
+ Collaborate closely with MVH program leaders, P&O, and BluePearl Senior Leaders in the design and delivery of communications plans for program deployment along with monitoring, tracking & reporting.
