The Culture & Talent Lead is a strategic role responsible for shaping and driving organizational culture towards a high-performance, agile and inclusive environment. This position plays a key role in fostering diversity, embedding agile ways of working and ensuring the development of capabilities required for current and future business & Responsibilities

* Lead cultural transformation initiatives to build a more inclusive, collaborative and high-performing organization, including the design and implementation of leadership frameworks, change management strategies and internal communication plans

* Champion the adoption and scaling of agile methodologies across the organization, with particular focus on OKR-based ways of working, providing coaching, facilitating key rituals and enabling leadership alignment
