+ Internship in the Business Processes Team with the focus on Ivalua e-Sourcing Process and User management, Sourcing Board related tasks and other auxiliary processes / systems.



+ Responsibilities

+ support in direct material and Capex Sourcing Board preparation, decision documentation, including offline approved decisions tracker

+ Follow up on conditionally approved nominations, missing documentation or request to byers for completion of missing information in the projects (including NDA’s and BOM’s to program link)

+ Support with Ivalua users creation, modification, delegations and overall user doubts in Ivalua tool

+ Support with the testing of new solutions within Ivalua tools

+ Conflict Minerals process support

+ give support to the team in the new projects development to get a broader vision of the processes, example: Commodity engine project.
