Job Summary To lead and strengthen curriculum implementation and pedagogical practices across centres, ensuring high-quality teaching and learning aligned with ECDA frameworks (NEL,EYDF), SPARK 2.0 standards, and organisational values. The Curriculum Specialist is to be accountable for the quality, consistency, and effective implementation of curriculum and pedagogical practices across centres, ensuring alignment with ECDA frameworks (NEL, EYDF), SPARK 2.0 standards, and organisational values. Key Responsibilities: 1. Curriculum Leadership Lead implementation and continuous improvement of the organisation's curriculum. Ensure alignment with NEL, EYDF, and developmentally appropriate practices. Guide educators in lesson planning, inquiry-based learning, and curriculum integration. 2.
