Curtain Wall Project Manager

Job Description:
Oversee all aspects of the project, including progress, quality, safety, cost, and civilized construction.
Fulfill engineering contracts, execute company directives, and coordinate all on-site project operations.
Promptly address critical emergencies at project sites and report to senior management to ensure smooth progress of all projects.
Represent the company at all external project meetings, coordinating relationships with the client, general contractor, supervisory team, labor providers, and other on-site specialized units.
Process timely project progress payments, quantity changes, work orders, and claims in accordance with the contract.
Organize project completion acceptance, engineering settlement, and payment collection to safeguard corporate interests.
