CPI Management Services' is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative - Nonvoice to join our team based in Manggahan Pasig City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position that will involve providing exceptional customer support through non-voice channels such as email, chat and social media.

2. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience
3. Providing information about products, services and company policies
4. Accurately documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
5. Identifying opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance customer service
