Job Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to assist customers with vehicle insurance renewals.
• Collect customer details to prepare quotations and process renewals.
• Guide customers on payment steps and ensure transactions are completed correctly.
• Answer customer questions and provide friendly after-sales support.
• Follow up on company leads and contact potential new customers.
• Help customers resolve insurance-related issues.
• Reply to help-desk emails and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Properly manage and organize important documents such as receipts and policy records.
• Keep updated on products and services to better assist customers.
• Liaise with government agencies and insurance partners when required.
