**Purpose and Impact:**

**Custodian is responsible for cleaning and preparing vacant properties within our housing portfolio to ensure they are maintained to a professional and presentable standard. This role plays a key part in supporting property readiness by delivering thorough cleaning services that meet company requirements and expectations. Working as part of a team, custodians ensure properties are hygienic, safe, and visually appealing for incoming tenants or inspections. The role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork, with an emphasis on quality service.**
