Under limited supervision, the Concierge is responsible for cleaning and maintaining the buildings, ensuring that the areas are tidy and sanitized. The position also includes catering for special events and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Clean buildings by emptying trash, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and toilets using appropriate cleaning solutions.
• Dust furniture and clean desks and filing cabinets.
• Cleans and services the restrooms, maintaining cleanliness with disinfectants.
