About the Role: We are looking for a Custody Operations Specialist to support various processes that facilitate conversion plans that onboard to our client’s platform. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with internal stakeholders to enhance the onboarding experience, and provide exceptional service to plan sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Review and record cash and in‑kind asset transfers in the trust accounting system
• Work with sub‑custodians to settle trades from booking through settlement for mutual funds, stable‑value funds, and ETFs
• Perform reconciliations of invested assets and cash activity between the trust accounting system and sub‑custodian by specified deadlines
