Job Description

                    Monitor import and export activities to ensure effective and timely implementation of all daily operational goals, including shipping functions 
Handle PEZA In-bound and Out-bound applications 
Perform initial and final booking of client-confirmed forecasts 
Prepare and send invoices, packing lists, and shipping order drafts to client-nominated forwarders and other concerned parties for export checking and approval 
Monitor imports and secure permits and other required documents for safety and compliance, based on Customs and other government documentation procedures
