Customer Account Engineer

• Immersed in the field of New Product Introduction and Product Engineering
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer and internal teams
• Ability to handle Project Management, Time Management, and Risk Assessment
• Familiarity and leadership on Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
• Knowledge in Engineering tools (Rootcause Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Risk Management, etc.)
• Knowledgeable in Automotive (IATF) requirements
• Knowledgeable in Minitab/SAS-JMP application
• Knowledgeable in understanding customer requirements, drawings
• Experience in FPC/Automotive industry is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in basic Auto-CAD is an advantage

Qualifications

• Graduate of Engineering course preferably Manufacturing,_once, CEE, Electrical, Mechanical /Mechatronics
• At least 1 year experience as Customer Account Engine...
