Customer Account Executive

We are looking for a talented Customer Account Executive to join our team specialising in Customer Service for Cummins Drivetrain & Braking Systems in Redditch, United Kingdom.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

+ Own the day‑to‑day management of assigned customer accounts, acting as the single point of contact.
+ Build strong, trusted customer relationships that drive satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term success.
+ Take full responsibility for the end‑to‑end order life cycle, from order entry through to delivery, invoicing, and logistics documentation.
+ Resolve customer queries and escalations proactively, managing each case through to closure.
+ Partner with sales, production, planning, logistics, and finance teams to ensure on‑time delivery and effective issue resolution.
