Customer Account Specialist 3rd shift

C.H. Robinson is looking for a Customer Account Specialist in Monterrey to help drive exceptional customer experiences while directly impacting client retention, service quality, and overall operational success. In this role, you play a critical part in strengthening customer relationships and ensuring seamless coordination across our logistics network.

You will manage customer accounts end-to-end, proactively resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient, high-quality service. You bring value by optimizing account performance, maintaining strong communication, and ensuring customer satisfaction in every interaction.
