Job Description
As a Customer Accounts Officer, you excel in managing customer billing and accounts processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and efficiency. You work behind the scenes to reconcile reports, maintain customer data, and support seamless account operations, contributing significantly to the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage customer accounts within CRM and billing systems.
- Set up service profiles, tariffs, contract dates, and direct debit information.
- Process manual payments and handle account-related enquiries through CRM ticketing.
