Customer acquisition specialist (remote)

Zip Wash is looking for two motivated Customer Acquisition Specialists to help grow our customer base across New York City.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor Facebook groups, Marketplace listings, community groups, and local online communities.
* Respond to customer inquiries about car washing and detailing services.
* Guide potential customers through the Zip Wash booking process.
* Educate customers on the benefits of using the Zip Wash platform.
* Follow up with interested leads who have not completed bookings.
* Help generate daily bookings and increase platform adoption.
Requirements:
* Excellent written English.
* Strong communication and sales skills.
* Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, and messaging platforms.
* Ability to work independently.
* Customer service or sales experience preferred.
Compensation:
