Description

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Advisor I to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will provide outstanding service to our customers through email, voice, and live chat channels. As a member of a 24/7 operation, flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential.

รายละเอียดงาน:

• ตอบlแชท โทร(รับสายและโทรออก)และอีเมลเพื่อช่วยลูกค้าแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นจากการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน

• ให้การสนับสนุนแบบเรียลไทม์แก่ผู้ใช้งาน โดยเน้นการแก้ไขปัญหาอย่างถูกต้องและรวดเร็ว

• แนะนำข้อมูลทางเทคนิคเบื้องต้น และซัพพอร์ตปัญหาอื่นๆ ให้กับลูกค้า
