Customer Application Support

We are seeking a customer-oriented professional to join our team as a Customer Application Support (ERP). This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines, who possess basic understanding of business flows and basic technical skills.

The primary focus of this role is to provide application-level support for ERP systems, including system functions, usage, and issue resolution. The successful candidate will support users by resolving system-related queries, troubleshooting application issues, and guiding users on correct system usage to ensure smooth daily operations and high user satisfaction.
