Customer Billing Specialist – Telecom

We are hiring Customer Billing Specialists to support our telecommunications account at our Davao site. The role focuses on assisting customers with billing inquiries, including charges, payments, plan updates, and service changes, through phone, email, or chat while ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.

This opportunity is open to entry-level applicants with strong communication and customer service skills. Training will be provided. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting schedules.

Applicants must be at least a High School or Senior High School graduate. Candidates with at least seven months of customer care experience in technical support or sales are preferred. Must be willing to work fully onsite in Davao.
