Key Responsibilities
Monitor and track all active shipments to ensure on-time delivery and accurate status updates.
Booking/Posting next day freight and any recoveries needed
Ensuring to keep up with Customer distro communications
Serve as the main point of contact for carriers, drivers, and customers during after-hours operations.
Proactively identify and resolve any issues or delays in transit, escalating as needed.
Update internal systems with accurate, real-time shipment details and status changes for our customers.
