You will:

• Handle incoming customer requests
  via calls
  ;
• Inform users about current promotions and product offers;
• Record user requests, work with customer profiles, and add key information to the system;
• Communicate with related departments to resolve technical, payment, and VIP-related issues;
• Create a friendly, warm, and supportive atmosphere for customers, resolving issues promptly;
• Follow quality communication standards and KPIs.
