You will:
- Handle incoming customer requests
via calls

- Record user requests, work with customer profiles, and add key information to the system;
- Communicate with related departments to resolve technical, payment, and VIP-related issues;
- Create a friendly, warm, and supportive atmosphere for customers, resolving issues promptly;
- Follow quality communication standards and KPIs.
