We are currently looking for a passionate and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Care Assistant.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, social media (Messenger, WhatsApp), and other channels.
- Actively listen to customer inquiries and concerns, providing prompt and effective solutions.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Purchase, Transport, Warehouse, and Operations in order to ensure smooth order processing, deliveries, and service appointments (in-house and on-site).
- Handle daily tasks such as preparing quotations, tracking orders, generating invoices and cash bills, and processing backorders. <...
