Job Description
JOB PURPOSE:
The Customer Care Assistant will provide quality service to the policyholders, agency force and UBP Relationship Managers and Financial Advisers, based on established servicing standards in order to contribute to the attainment of the Company's growth, profitability, servicing and productivity targets.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Performs New Business functions ensuring compliance to guidelines and set parameters
- Provides assistance to the agency force regarding concerns on Accountable Forms and APRs
- Addresses policy-related concerns and processes requests such as VUL After-Issue transactions, policy loans, amendments, dividend withdrawals, surrenders, maturities, reinstatement applications and other servicing requests within limits of authority
- Ensures efficient management of premium collection and disbursement
- Provides technical, clerical and service support to the Regional/District/Service Office
