Customer Care Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact
• Conduct client visits, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction
• Represent the company in project bidding, follow-ups, and potential project scouting
• Adapt to different situations and work effectively with diverse personalities
• Provide insights and support to help grow our client network

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in client-facing roles, business development, or related fields
• Experience in offshore gaming (POGO) or other client-centered services is an advantage
