• Engages with patients and visitors in a friendly and respectful manner, providing assistance and information as needed.
• Assists in managing patient flow within the lobby and outpatient services, guiding patients to their appointments and helping to reduce wait times where possible.
• Monitors cleanliness and order in all outpatient areas, including waiting rooms, consultation rooms, and common spaces, ensuring they are welcoming and comfortable for patients and visitors.
• Proactively gathers informal feedback from patients and visitors about their hospital experience, including suggestions for improvement and positive observations, and communicate this feedback to the Patient Experience Supervisor.
• Works closely with the Patient Experience team to implement changes and improvements in the patient experience based on patient feedback.
