Customer Care Coordinator

Qualifications:

• EE or ECE Grad
• Preferred Solar Engineer
• Serve as the technical liaison between clients, the Customer Care Department (CCD), operations, and engineering teams for solar PV projects at New World Resort.
• Conduct initial site assessments and assist in technical evaluations related to solar system performance, layout, and client concerns.
• Review project documentation such as single-line diagrams, proposals, warranties, commissioning reports, and maintenance records.
• Support troubleshooting and diagnostics of solar PV systems and coordinate corrective actions with field technicians.
• Track service tickets, client requests, and technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
• Prepare technical reports, service summaries, and performance updates for management and clients.
