Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer enquiries by managing calls, emails and chats.
  • Serve our customers' needs and attend to all requests promptly, accurately and professionally.
  • Meet service level targets by achieving both service and productivity level KPIs. Ensure that all calls, consultations, emails and membership applications are answered within the stipulated SLA.
  • Work as a team and maintain a good reputation for the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum SPM with at least 2 years experience in customer service.
  • Must be able to read, write and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Mon to Friday (5-day week).
  • Normal working hours
  • 9 hours shift (including 1-hour meal break).
  • Training provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
