Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries by managing calls, emails and chats.
- Serve our customers' needs and attend to all requests promptly, accurately and professionally.
- Meet service level targets by achieving both service and productivity level KPIs. Ensure that all calls, consultations, emails and membership applications are answered within the stipulated SLA.
- Work as a team and maintain a good reputation for the company.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum SPM with at least 2 years experience in customer service.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Mon to Friday (5-day week).
- Normal working hours
- 9 hours shift (including 1-hour meal break).
- Training provided.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
