Customer Consultant

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Attending to inbound calls only and assisting customers inquiries pertaining credit cards
- No Sales and out bond call required.
- Ad-hoc assignments or tasks assigned by Supervisor.

Job Type : 6 Months Contract (Contract to perm)

Schedule: Monday- Sunday (Rotational) (2 days off)

Working locations: Level 11, Jalan Raja Laut (New Building), Level 15, Menara Jalan Raja Laut (Old Building), or Level 13, Menara Citibank, Jalan Ampang

(All nearby Public Transport)
