Customer Care Executive – Kulim Hitech Park

Salary range MYR2,800 for candidates with less than 3 years' experience, up to MYR3,200 for more experienced candidates

MYR200 transport allowance

Qualifications

• Preferable with SAP Experience
• Fast Learner
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with people at all levels.
• High level of integrity, discipline and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers on behalf of the organization.
• Processing on Customer PO in SAP, PO acknowledgement, update delivery status & Billing.
• Processing purchase orders to the factories for all customer PO.
• Coordination on shipment commitment, delivery arrangement & payment from customer.
