Customer Care Executive

We're looking for a motivated and dynamic Customer Care Executive (Indoor Sales) to join our expanding team. In this role, you'll strengthen relationships with existing clients while driving new business growth through your strong sales skills and proactive mindset.
In this role you will be responsible for:

• The candidate will play an active role in renewals and retaining customers
• By providing excellent after sales service and regular communication between the customer and the Company
• Work closely with other team members to provide strong team representation in meeting customer's expectations
• Assist in credit control work
• Conduct outbound call i.e. renewal, cycle call, attend to complaint calls and up selling.
