Handle inbound calls from customers regarding company router devices and services.
Assist customers with router configuration, setup, and technical troubleshooting.
Diagnose and resolve basic network and connectivity issues in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information on company products, services, and promotional packages upon customer inquiry.
Perform cross-selling and upselling activities by recommending suitable products or packages based on customer needs.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering courteous, efficient, and solution-oriented support.
Requirements
Any graduate of SPM, Diploma or Degree (minimum requirement SPM with 2 years work experience)
Must be Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, in both writing and speaking
