Key Responsibilities
Track and follow up on open and delayed orders to ensure timely closure
Monitor and register distributor incidents in the CRM system
Support forecast analysis and data validation processes
Perform preventive follow-up on shipments to minimize issues
Assist in managing tasks and commitments arising from distributor meetings
Provide operational coverage during team absences
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing credit notes and service issues
