Your Impact
Coordinate training and workload distribution across Customer Care teams in Europe, ensuring appropriate allocation of responsibilities, service availability, and customer satisfaction.
Coach a team of Customer Care Coordinators to develop and apply best practices. Ensure continuous knowledge development, acting as a systems and process expert. Maintain strong business knowledge of process flows and invoicing activities.
